Collective Thought Media redesigned Hill & Harbor Design & Build's legacy WordPress site into a refined Next.js marketing experience built to look exceptional and convert visitors into qualified leads. Working closely with Hill & Harbor marketing staff, the team shipped the new site in under 45 days with cinematic motion, asynchronously loaded content blocks and a multi-step Project Inquiry flow integrated natively with their CRM and custom software.
The brief was not just a prettier website. Collective Thought Media built paths from portfolio, studio and specialization pages into inquiry so the marketing site performs as a lead engine for Rhode Island luxury design-build buyers.
Using agentic coding workflows, Collective Thought Media assembled a production-grade Next.js application and marketing website on a compressed timeline of under 45 days without sacrificing polish or technical depth.
High-touch animation and asynchronous loading of information blocks keep the experience cinematic and fast. Sections reveal with intention so photography, project proof and studio narrative feel premium on desktop and mobile.
A multi-step Project Inquiry experience splits a complex brief across an elegant sequence and connects natively with Hill & Harbor's CRM and custom software so qualified leads land where the team already works.

Working closely with internal Hill & Harbor marketing staff, Collective Thought Media redesigned the studio's legacy WordPress and Divi marketing site into a refined and elegant Next.js website for Rhode Island coastal and historic homeowners. The prior site had strong photography but felt busy: duplicated homepage modules, competing calls to action and plugin-heavy layouts that diluted the calm high-touch story the studio wanted buyers to feel. The new site had to look top of the line and convert viewers into leads with a form experience that felt effortless and integrated natively with their CRM and custom software. Design exploration opened with three highly developed mockup directions so the client could choose a clear visual path before build. Velum won and became the visual language for the full website. Collective Thought Media then used agentic coding to assemble the modern Next.js application quickly: cinematic animation, asynchronously loaded content blocks and a multi-step Project Inquiry flow that carries qualified conversations into HubSpot and Hill & Harbor's existing tooling. The full marketing site launched in under 45 days. On the evening of August 23, 2026, Collective Thought Media cut hill-harbor.com and www to the new experience while keeping WordPress available briefly as a legacy rollback host. Day-after audits counted 88 live sitemap URLs with healthy redirects, structured data and alt coverage.
