About Collective Thought Media

Collective Thought Media is a collaboration between Chris Hunter and Damon Gatenby. Chris has been a successful graphic artist, photographer and web designer since 2001. Having served critical functions in numerous companies, Chris has the experience and ingenuity to create visually compelling and conceptually sound creative solutions.

Chris has partnered with Damon Gatenby, a 10 year veteran of web development and programming. With skills ranging from xHTML/CSS to PHP and Actionscript, Damon is ready to execute web spreads with a wealth of programming experience and knowledge.

Collective Thought Media also partners with audio, Flash media, and video recording professionals as needed. With a network of over a dozen creative professionals from all over New England, Collective Thought Media is ready to offer superb creative solutions for companies, musicians, artists and organizations.

Chris Hunter

Chris Hunter has worked in the creative field for a decade, excelling in the areas of print design, web interface design, project management, digital photography, and digital prepress services. Chris combines a strong organizational work ethic, with the ability to oversee projects and create layouts and interfaces that logically display large amounts of complex information.

Having worked in a wide range of industries including magazine and newsprint publishing, advertising and new media agencies, commercial printers and as a professional photographer, Chris can deliver unique and compelling creative direction on almost any project. Chris has completed an impressive portfolio of work and acclomlishments over the last 10 years including:

- Being involved in the design and production of over 25 full color magazines issues
- Completing nearly two dozen logo and identity designs
- Has spent over 10,000 professional hours in Adobe Photoshop
- Completed nearly 200 seperate print projects
- Has had two magazine covers and dozens of published photographs

Damon Gatenby

Damon Gatenby has been professionally developing web content for commercial, non-profit and educational entities for over 11 years. His previous work includes a wide range of static sites to fully interactive experiences.

Damon is an experienced coder, who is adept in HTML, CSS, PHP, and ActionScript. As skilled server and database administrator, he can also help actualize your web presence from end-to-end. He also is passionate about the use of community driven, free and open source software.
